This Decree is divided into 7 chapters and 50 articles: General provisions (Chap. I); Conditions for fishing activity (II); Fishing methods (III); EEZ fishing rights (IV); Offences (V); Contraventions (VI); Final provisions (VII). Purpose of the Decree is to establish the required legal rules for the protection, exploitation and management of Exclusive Economic Zone marine resources.
