Decree No. 15/2017 creating the National Council for Social Protection.

This Decree, consisting of 10 articles, creates the National Council for Social Protection. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Council, as an advisory, consultative and informational body of the public powers, established by the Law No. 7/2004 on Social Protection Framework. As an advisory body, the Council shall act to promote and involve the social partners, social solidarity institutions and representative associations of the involved stakeholders in the process of defining and monitoring the implementation of the social protection policy and achieving the objectives of their sector.
