Abstract
This Regional Legislative Decree, consisting of 10 articles, adapts to the Autonomous Region of Príncipe Law No. 11/99 on Flora and Fauna conservation of protected areas and Law No. 5/2001 on Forestry Basic legislation. It provides norms related to the protection and conservation of marine turtles, in particular prohibiting their capture and exportation. Offences and penalties are appended to the text.
