Abstract
This Law consisting of 2 article aims at amending article 28 of the Law by establishing that the electricity produced from renewable energy projects that can be connected to the transmission or distribution network may be purchased according to the rules, conditions, and surveys set by the General Organization for Electricity Transmission and Distribution and approved by the Ministry of Electricity at specific prices issued by a decision of the Council of Ministers.
