Abstract
The aim of this Law is to regulate the Forest Guard in order to protect forests. It is composed of 4 Sections divided into 28 articles. Section I deals with the following matters: terms and definitions; conditions and requirements for the employment in the Forest Guard; and, arming, equipping and clothes. Section II provides for the following: means of transport; establishment of guard stations; and competencies and duties of the Forest Guard. Section III pertains to the control and minutes. Section IV contains general provisions such as confiscations, offences and penalties.
