Resolution No. 300/T of 5 December 2006 issuing the Implementing Regulation of Law No 41 of 10 October 2006 on the Forest Guard.

This Implementing Regulation is composed of 19 articles. Article 1 defines badges of the Forest Guard. Article 2 deals with transport means of the Forest Guard. Article 3 pertains to the establishment of guard stations. Articles 4 to 9 define competencies and duties of the Forest Guard in particular: protection of forests; collection of the information regarding forests controlled by them and reporting it to their superiors; and, control on the implementation of investment and work licences. Articles 11 and 12 specify measures to be taken in case of offences and violations. Articles 15 to 19 deals with confiscations measures, minutes, reports and records.
