Legislative Decree No. 22 of 2013 amending Legislative Decree No. 57 of 2004 establishing Industrial Cities.

This Legislative Decree amends the original text by (i) modifying some definitions in Article 1; (ii) adding an industrial city in the Province of Deir ez-Zor; and (iii) changing the formation of the Council, together with some procedures concerning its work and competencies. Other modifications concern the financial resources, applicable labor laws for employees, and the authority for issuing executive instructions for industrial cities. Detailed regulations are also established for the sale, partnership, and transfer of industrial plots, aiming to prevent misuse and ensure proper development.
