Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 2 articles, in article 1 slightly modifies the composition of the different Committees mentioned in the original Decree. The modifications mainly concern a greater presence of the representatives of the farmers, together with a representation of the Ministry for Environmental Affairs, originally completely absent.
