Abstract
This Law consists of 7 Chapters divided into 104 articles. Chapter I deals with the following matters: scope of the Law; issuance of a previous licence by the Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation; list of the hazardous materials; packages and labels; and, the establishment of a committee for the control of veterinary medicine deposits (arts. 1-9). Chapter II provides for technical and sanitary requirements, and conditions for obtaining veterinary laboratory licences (arts. 10-26). Chapter III lays down requirements and conditions for obtaining veterinary deposit licences (arts. 27-45). Chapter IV defines the requirements and conditions for veterinary service office licences (arts. 46-63). Chapter V establishes requirements and conditions for licences of vaccine production laboratories (arts. 64-72). Chapter VI provides for requirements and conditions for licences for external parasite pesticide production laboratories (arts. 72-90). Chapter VII deals with the following general provisions: allowed quantity of licences; substitution of licences; advertising offices for veterinary products; and, the management of all aforementioned activities according to the provisions of this Resolution (arts. 91-104).
