Resolution No. 17/T amending Resolution No. 21/T concerning agricultural consignments.

This Resolution amends article 2 as follows: (a) establishment of a permanent technical committee for agricultural quarantine presided over by the competent Assistant-Minister and, as members, the Director-General of the General Authority for Agricultural and Scientific Research, the Plant Protection Director, the Agricultural Affairs Director, the Plant Protection Manager at the General Authority for Agricultural and Scientific Research, the Assistant-Director of Plant Protection for Agricultural Quarantine, the Head of Epidemics Management Board and the Head of Agricultural Quarantine Management; (b) emergency treatment competences and misunderstandings in the interpretation of agricultural quarantine as well as the cases not mentioned directly in the tables.
