Resolution No. 294/T of 30 November 2006 amending Resolutions No. 12/T of 1991 and 8/T of 2003 regulating the issuance of licences for the establishment of aquaculture, mariculture and other aquatic being culture.

This Resolution amends articles 25 of Resolution 12/T of 1991 and 24 of Resolution No. 8/T of 2003 regulating the issuance of licences for mariculture, aquaculture and other aquatic being culture as the following: authorized or unauthorized mariculture, aquaculture and other aquatic being culture shall stop or cease its activity by the issuance of a resolution from the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform when the use of it is for not declared objectives and when it represents a harmful and dangerous source for the community; (b) the Permanent Technical Committee shall be charged to value and verify the aforementioned cases.
