Abstract
This Resolution regulates and settles the position of unauthorized poultry-houses established before the issuance of Resolution No. 10. Following provisions defined in Resolution 9/T of 2003 this Resolution shall issue licences to certain poultry houses including: (a) unauthorized poultry houses which do not comply with the minimum distances from public services, schools, hospitals, etc.; (b) unauthorized poultry houses which do not respect the minimum distance, whilst a licence shall not be issued to poultry-houses which do not respect the minimum distance from the mother-poultry house and grandmother-poultry houses, public poultry houses and the like; (c) unauthorized poultry houses which do not respect the minimum distance from public roads; (d) unauthorized poultry houses which do not respect the minimum distance from forests and woods; and (e) unauthorized poultry houses which do not respect the minimum distance and which have a surface larger than 100 square metres.
