Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The Ministry of Agriculture shall regulate the irregular positions of unauthorized existing poultry farms by the issuance of final licences for the following irregularity: a) farms located outside protected areas upon the approval of the Administrative Unit; (b) farms which are incompatible with fixed distances from public installations, town plans, schools, hospitals, etc.; (c) farms which are incompatible with fixed distances from other authorized poultry farms; (d) farms which are incompatible with fixed distances from public roads and streets; (e) farms which are incompatible with fixed distances from forests; and (f) farms, which occupy an area of more than 100 sqm (art. 1). Unauthorized poultry farms not included in the aforementioned categories shall have 18 months, from the date of entry into force of this Resolution, to close and terminate their activity. Unauthorized existing farms shall be regulated by the Technical Services Departments and Administrative Units with the approval of the plan by the Engineers Trade-Union and Branches in the provinces (art. 2). Unauthorized existing poultry farms not mentioned in this Resolution shall be regulated according to Resolution No. 9/T of 2003 (art. 3).
