Resolution No. 67/T of 2005 amending Resolutions No. 9/T, 17/T, 62/T and 63/T of 2003 regulating the issuance of licences for the establishment of farms for breeding and fattening chickens, ostriches, calves, sheep and Syrian goats.

This Resolution amends article 2 of Resolutions No. 9/T, 17/T, 62/T and 63/T of 2003 regulating the issuance of licences for the establishment of farms for breeding and fattening chickens, ostriches, calves, sheep and Syrian goats as the following: “establishment by a resolution of the Governor a technical committee in all provinces to verify the compatibility of sites intended for the establishment of farms for animal breeding with provisions of resolutions governing them, with the exception of fish farms and non-fish aquatic animal farms”.
