Resolution No. 68/T of 2005 amending Resolution No. 12/T of 1991 governing the issuance of licences for the establishment of fish farms.

This Resolution amends articles 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 12/T of 1991 governing the issuance of licences for the establishment of fish farms as the following: (1) establishment by a resolution of the Governor a technical committee in all provinces to verify the compatibility of sites intended for the establishment of fish farms with provisions provided for in the Resolution No. 12/T of 1991; (2) applications for obtaining licences for fish farms shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform-Animal Production Department-Fish Division to be examined and modified in accordance with the inspection and control carried out by delegates of the competent Departments and Offices”.
