Resolution No. 68/T amending Resolution No. 12/T granting licences for aquaculture.

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 12/T of 1991.
Clause 2 of paragraph (C1) of article 1 on pisciculture is amended as follows: "establishment, by a resolution of the Prefect, of a Technical Committee in all Syrian Provinces formed by representatives of the following Departments: Animal Production, Fish Wealth, Forestry, Agricultural Affairs, and Technical Services. The Technical Committee shall have the duty to control and verify the compatibility of the pisciculture with the technical requirements and conditions". Clause 2 of paragraph (C3) of article 1 is amended as follows: "the application with all attachments shall be transmitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation to be studied and amended in light of the inspection carried out by the competent authorities".
