Resolution No. 71/T amending Resolution No. 6112 of 2003 defining technical and sanitary conditions and requirements for the establishment of industries processing poultry products and remains from poultry slaughterhouses and incubators not intended for human consumption.

This Resolution amends article 7 of Resolution No. 6112 of 2003 as follows: (a) concerned persons shall present a written application for obtaining an initial approval by the Department of Agriculture and Land Reclamation-Animal Health Department; (b) once the initial approval has been obtained, concerned persons shall present an application for obtaining administrative licences from the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment; (c) the Agriculture and Land Reclamation Department shall carry out the control on installations; and (d) licences shall be issued by the competent Prefect.
