Resolution No. 72/T amending Resolution No. 98/T of 2004 on requirements and conditions for the importation, exportation, handling and production of chemical, organic and animal materials and preparations .

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 98/T of 2004 as follows: (1) paragraph (c) of article 4 shall be repealed; (2) a new clause shall be added to paragraph (b) of article 4 stating that "the study prepared by the Sub-Committee in the Province shall be adopted after its ratification by the Prefect, and a copy of this study shall be transmitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation-Protection Department".
