Announcement of the Department of Fisheries determining the procedures for owner of fishing port or fish market enterprise to collect reports on entry and exit of commercial fishing vessels and submit them to the Port-in Port-out Control Centre.

These Rules, issued by the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries under paragraph two of section 85 of the Fisheries Ordinance of 2015, concern the obligation of an owner of a fishing port or fish market enterprise to collect and submit reports on port-in and port-out operations of large commercial fishing vessels pursuant to section 81 to the Port-In and Port-Out Control Centre. They set out some procedural requirements.
