Announcement of the Department of Fisheries determining the rules and procedures for marking fishing vessels, 2016.

This Announcement of the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, issued under section 81(4) of the Fisheries Ordinance, concerns marking of larger commercial fishing vessels flying the flag of Thailand also if the fishing license is obtained for fishing outside Thai waters. The fishing permit holder shall carry out the fishing vessel marking within thirty days from the date of receipt of the fishing licence mark. The marking shall be in accordance with specifications set out in the Schedule.
