Announcement of the Department of Fisheries determining rules on return to port of fishing vessels.

These Rules, issued by the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries under paragraph 5 of section 81 of the Fisheries Ordinance of 2015, concerns the reporting of return of a fishing trip to a Thai port by a vessel of thirty gross tons or more. The owner or controller of the fishing vessel informs the Port In‐Port Out Controlling Centre of the notification of entry and exit.
