Announcement of the Department of Fisheries determining the timing and procedures for submission of Marine Catch Transshipping Document of fishing vessels registered as carrier for the transshipment of aquatic animals or as vessel for the storage of aquatic animals.

These Rules, issued by the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries under section 88 of the Fisheries Ordinance of 2015 concerns reporting to the Port-in and Port-out Control Centre and related documentation on the landing of fish at a Thai port. Any person wishing to use a fishing vessel registered as a carrier for the transshipment of aquatic animals or as a vessel for the storage of aquatic animals to transship aquatic animal shall prepare a marine catch transshipment document and submit this to the Department of Fisheries and report every port-in and port-out operation to the Port In‐Port Out Control Centre in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Director‐General.
