Announcement of the Department of Fisheries on recording data by an owner of a fishing port registered under section 84 or a fish market entrepreneur on every fishing vessel berthed at the port, or transshipping or landing aquatic animals at the port 2015.

These Rules, issued by the Director-General of the Department of Fisheries under section 85 of the Fisheries Ordinance of 2015 require the owner of a fishing port pursuant to section 84 or a fish market entrepreneur to record information about all fishing boats that load or unloading of aquatic animals or otherwise bring fish or fishery products to the fishing harbor according to the form attached hereto this Announcement. The record shall be kept for not less than one year so that the competent official can inspect it.
