Announcement of the Department of Fisheries regarding the competent authority for application for a fishing license outside Thai waters.

This Announcement of the Director General of the Department of Fisheries stipulates that an application for a fishing license outside of Thai waters pursuant section 6, paragraph one and section 7 Section of the Royal Fisheries Ordinance shall be submitted to the Foreign Fishery Division of the Department of Fisheries by virtue of Article 2 (2) (2) of the Ministerial Regulations on the application for and the granting of a license To fish outside Thai waters, BE 2559, issued under the provisions of the Fisheries Ordinance, BE 2558.
