Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation is formulated in accordance with the Nuclear Energy for Peace Act, B.E. 2559, as amended by the Nuclear Energy for Peace Act (No. 2) B.E. 2562. For the purpose of the Ministerial Regulation, a license means (1) A license to possess or use nuclear material; (2) A license to import or a license to export nuclear material; (3) A license to transport nuclear material; (4) A license to import or a license to export used nuclear fuel; (5) A license for the transit of used nuclear fuel.
The Ministerial Regulation prescribes the criteria, methods, and conditions for applying for a license, issuing a license, renewing a license, and issuing a replacement license for nuclear materials and spent nuclear fuel in order to supervise safety and efficiency.
