Ministerial Regulation No. 10, B.E. 2513 (1970) issued in accordance with the Minerals Act B.E. 2510.

This Ministerial Regulation prescribes the maximum concentration of slime or tailings resulting from mining operations allowed to be discharged out of the mining area in order to protect public waterways and prevent damage to agriculture.
