Abstract
The present Act, as amended by Mineral Act (No. 2)1973, provides for the exploration, exploitation,prospecting,mining, trade and manufacturing of mineral resources on the land and in the waters of Thailand. It provides also for the exploration and prospecting licences, the royalties derived from the mining operations, even the licenses for steel manufacturing and processing.
