Ministerial Regulation No. 12 prescribing rules and procedures for production operations issued under the provisions of the Petroleum Act B.E. 2514 (No. 12 of B.E. 2524).

This Ministerial Regulation amends Ministerial Regulation No. 5 prescribing rules and procedures in conducting petroleum exploration, production and conservation.
Amendments include: the substitution of paragraphs 13, 14 and 15 with new paragraphs prescribing procedures the concessionaire shall follow for the construction of integrated permanent production platforms; and the addition of new paragraphs 16 to 40 providing rules and procedures for the production of natural gas, liquid gas or crude oil.
