Ministerial Regulation No. 2 issued under the Plant Quarantine Act, B.E. 2507.

This Regulation sets out conditions for the importation of prohibited materials which include plants, insects, soil, sand, etc.
All prohibited materials shall be notified to the plant quarantine officer at the plant quarantine station with a declaration form which is attached to this Regulation.
