Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation prescribes rules and procedures for the prospecting, exploration and conservation of minerals.
The prospecting of minerals shall require a working plan and prospecting methods in order to apply for an approval (Prospecting Atchayabat) by the Director-General.
The Regulation further specifies the mining methods which may be used for mining operations.
