Ministerial Regulation Prescribing Fees and Costs in Land Excavation and Fill, B.E. 2546 (2003).

This Ministerial Regulation is formulated in accordance wth the provisions of the Land Excavation and Fill Act B.E. 2543 (2000).
The Ministerial Regulation prescribes fees and costs in land excavation and fill. The fees shall be prescribed as follows: (1) notification receipt for land excavation or fill: 500 baht per copy (2) fee for copying or photocopying: 1 baht per page The costs shall be prescribed as follows: (1) transportation cost for inspection of sites of land excavation or fill: payable as necessary and actually incurred (2) allowance for travelling to inspect sites of land excavation or fill: payable as necessary in accordance with government regulations to the person performing duties, at the rate equal to that of the government.
