Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation is enacted in accordance with the the Geographical Indication Protection Act B.E. 2546 (2003).
The list of the following goods shall be specific goods: (1) Rice; (2) Silk; (3) Wine; (4) Liquor. In case the specific goods have geographical indication similar to or identical with the geographical indication of the specific goods having been registered or being registered but their geographical origins are different, the use of geographical indication subsequently requested for registration shall clearly specify the geographical origin and the country of manufacture in the Annex to the Geographical Indication.
