Ministerial Regulation Prescribing Qualifications of a Land Excavation Supervisor under the Land Excavation and Fill Act, B.E. 2546 (2003).

This Ministerial Regulation sets specific requirements for individuals overseeing land excavation and and fill projects.
A person with a regulated engineering professional license in the field of civil engineering under the act on engineers shall be a supervisor of land excavation with the depth exceeding 3 meters from the ground level, or with the area at the top of the soil pit exceeding 10,000 square meters, or with the depth or area as prescribed by notification of the local officer.
