Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation is formulated in accordance with the Cooperatives Act, B.E. 2542, , as amended by the Cooperative Act (No. 3) B.E. 2562. The Ministerial Regulation stipulates the characteristics, objectives, and operational scope of various types of cooperatives eligible for registration. These include agricultural, fishery, settlement, service, savings, credit union cooperatives and cooperative store. Each type must be formed by individuals sharing a common occupation or need, and must operate within specific legal and functional boundaries to support members' livelihoods, promote savings, and enhance economic and social welfare.
