Abstract
This Notification is issued in accordance with the Royal Ordinance on Fisheries, B.E. 2558 (2015).
Clause 2 provides for the requirements to be satisfied by the owner of transhipment vessel in all sizes. Clause 3 provides for the requirements to be satisfied by the owner of vessel registered in accordance with law on Thai vessel of the fishing vessel types of 10 up to 30 of gross tonnage which having a commercial fishing license. Clause 4 provides for the requirements to be satisfied by the owner of vessel registered in accordance with law on Thai Vessel of the fishing vessel types of 30 of gross tonnage and above which having a commercial fishing license.
