Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 179) B.E. 2540 (1997) Re: Food in Sealed Container (No. 2).

For the purpose of export sale promotion of food in sealed containers, this Notification makes amendment to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. 144 B.E. 2535 (1992) regarding Food in Sealed Containers dated 2nd July B.E. 2535 (1992).
The expression in Clause 11 of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. 144 B.E. 2535 (1992), Re: Food in sealed containers dated 2nd July B.E. 2535 (1992), shall be repealed. The following expression shall be used instead: “Clause 11 This notification shall not to enforce to, 11.1 Food in sealed containers which is produced for export. 11.2 Food in sealed containers conformed to Clause 3 (2) which is exempted by Food and Drug Administration announcement.”
