Abstract
The purpose of this notification is for the beneficial of consumers protection of food seasonings derived from the hydrolysis or fermentation of soybean protein.
The following expression shall be added as phrases (3.4) in (3) of Clause 4. of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 202) B.E. 2543 (2000), Re: Food seasonings derived from the hydrolysis or fermentation of soybean protein, dated 19th September B.E. 2543 (2000): “(3.4) 3-MCPD or 3-Chloro-1,2-propanediol 1 mg from of 1 kg. of food seasonings derived from the hydrolysis or fermentation of soybean protein.”
