Abstract
This Notification amends the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 194) B.E. 2543 (2000) Re: Labels.
Main compositions shall be expressed in percentage of approximated weight and in descending order, except for: (a) Food with the whole area of label which is smaller than 35 sq.cm., but main compositions shall still be expressed on that food packaging, or (b) Foods with single main composition excluding food additives, flavour, food enhancers, or food colour in the compositions. In addition, the requirements on the lables of foods which are not sold to consumers and are not prescribed foods to have labels are amended.
