Abstract
Prepackaged Foods shall be made for labeling except for the foods as listed in clause 3. The following food labels shall be delivered to the Food and Drug Administration for an approval prior to use: (1)Prescribing controlled foods; (2) Other Minister prescribed foods.
Clause 4 provides for the requirements for the labeling of prepackaged food manufactured for sale or imported for sale. Clause 4 gives rules for labeling of prepackaged food manufactured for export.
