Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 309) B.E. 2550 (2007) Regarding to Food Supplements.

This Notification amends the Notification of Ministry of Public Health regarding Food Supplements.
(9) of Clause 10 of the notification of the Ministry of Public Health No.293 B.E. 2548 (2005), Re: Food Supplements dated 15 th Decemberr B.E. 2548 (2005) and shall be replaced with the following text: “(9) Clear wordings state that “should regularly eat different varieties of full 5 categories of food, in an appropriate proportion” and with bold letter which colour of the letters contrast with background of frame of wording state that “No effect for prevention or cure diseases”
