Notification No.350 B.E.2556 (2013) of the Ministry of the Public Health regarding to cow's milk.

This Notification was formulated in order to keeping pace with cow’ s milk production in Thailand and to promote consumer protection.
The expression in Clause 7(4) of the notification of the Ministry of Public Health No. 26 B.E. 2522 (1979), Re: Prescribed cow’ s milk to be specific controlled food and prescribed qualities or standards and production processes, dated 13th September B.E. 2522 (1979), shall be repealed. The following expression shall be used instead: “(4) Milk solid non fat not less than 8.25% by weight and milk fat content not less than 3.2% by weight for fresh milk as stipulated in 2(1)”.
