People Irrigation Act (Second Issue).

This Act amends the principal Act insofar as it provides for additional rules for the construction of private irrigation works on public land and for the limitation of the use of water for irrigation purposes in new subsections 10(2) and 10(3), and for additional offences in relation with obstruction of waterways (new subsection 38(2) and 38(3)).
