Abstract
This Act amends the Petroleum Act, B.E. 2514.
Amendments include: substitution of sections 25 and 26 with new sections on terms of petroleum exploration and production concessions; addition of paragraph 3 to section 31 and substitution of sections 32 and 34 with new sections on concessionaires’ obligations on petroleum exploration; and substitution of section 76 with a new section on the submission of progress reports.
