Abstract
This Act is enacted to amend the Pharmaceutical Profession Act, B.E. 2537 (1994).
The provisions of section 31 of the Pharmaceutical Profession Act, B.E. 2537 (1994) shall be replaced by the following: “Section 31. The registration, issuance of a license, renewal of a license, issuance of an approval letter or certificate representing knowledge and expertise in different fields of pharmaceutical profession and other letters representing qualifications in the pharmaceutical profession shall be in accordance with the regulations of the Pharmaceutical Council. A license shall be valid for a period of five years as from the date of issuance of a license”. In addition, the amendments are made on Section 4, 23, etc.
