Decree of the Soviet of Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan on the State Veterinary Service of the Republic of Tajikistan on Protection of the Territory of the Republic of Tajikistan from penetration of animal diseases from other States (No. 34 of 1994).

This Decree charges the Ministry of Agriculture with the responsibility to organize the state veterinary control on the state borders and the protection against penetration of animal diseases from foreign states. A series of state bodies are charged with the development and carrying out of measures of protection against importation of diseases and other state bodies are required to render assistance to the State Veterinary Service of Tajikistan in carrying out its tasks assigned to it by law.
