Decree of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan on the order of the introduction in action of the Law on pedigree business in stock-breeding (No. 985 of 1994).

This Decree defines task of the Government with respect to implementation of the Law on Pedigree Business in Stock-breeding. The Government shall bring existing legislation and its decisions in line with that Law. It shall also confirm the Regulations of the State Pedigree Service, regulations about pedigree plants and enterprises and on biotechnological reproduction of animals, take various practical measures for the development of pedigree business and issue licenses.
