Abstract
Article 1 defines "pedigree business". Pedigree business includes state pedigree factories, enterprises, stations of artificial insemination, associations, societies and other unions of enterprises or citizens operating in the field of pedigree business, and owners of pedigree production. Article 4 defines the tasks of the State Pedigree Service. It shall in various ways enhance the development of pedigree business. The Service is attached to the Ministry of Agriculture. Article 10 provides for state support of pedigree business. (12 articles)
