Government Decree No. 298 “On the determination of authorized state bodies in the field of poultry breeding.

The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees too designate the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan as the authorized state body in the poultry breeding sector, the Food Safety Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan as the authorized state body in the field of food safety to regulate the poultry breeding sector and the Agency for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Inspection under the Government of the Republic Tajikistan is the authorized as state body for standardization and regulation of the poultry breeding sector.
