Abstract
This Governmental Decree applies mandatory environmental fees to all motor vehicles entering the national territory from Kyrgyzstan. The competence of collection of environmental fees shall be of the Customs Service of Tajikistan. Collected environmental fees shall be transferred to the state budget.
