Law No. 1911 amending Law No. 1018 “On energy saving and energy efficiency”.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Secondary energy resources shall be intended energy resources obtained in the form of production and consumption waste or by-products as a result of the implementation of a technological process or the use of equipment, the functional purpose of which is not related to the production of the corresponding type of energy resources”. Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State support in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency can be granted for promoting an increase in the use of energy sources, secondary energy resources and (or) renewable energy sources, as well as an increase in the number of facilities using them”.
